A woman from Riverhead, Ny is defending her boyfriend who is accused of trying to have her killed. There is a court order for her protection but she still goes to visit him in jail.  Shelly Nohar said she defends him because she loves him. Her boyfriend Kabeer Din was a former police officer for Baltimore and a New York Police Department recruit.

He was arrested for meeting with who he thought was a hit man but was really an undercover police man. He discussed killing Nohar for a mere $3,000. The reason he said he wanted her killed was because she wouldn’t marry him.

While Nohar was on the stand she said she wasn’t afraid of hm and even giggled at time on the witness stand.

If someone wanted me killed I certainly would not be going to visit him in jail and continue to say I love him. That lady is foolish.
