Stacy Snyder was denied a teaching degreethe day before graduating from Millersville University because of a photo on MySpace. She recieved a degree in English instead. The picture on MySpace had the caption of “Drunken Pirate”. It was Snyder’s dream of being a teacher, she now works as a nanny. The photo is a picture of her wearing a pirate hat drinking from a cup. She was accused of promoting underage drinking. There is a federal lawsuit pending.
