Dow Jones and Corporations just accepted News Corp.’s five billion offer to buy The Wall Street Journal.  The Bancroft family has accepted said John Prestbo who is editor and executive director of Dow Jones Indexes. Down Jones’ shares were gaining 10.8 percent.  The information came from an internal company memo Prestbo said.
