In the state of Michigan they now have drivers responsibility fees. If a driver gets a ticket for one of the following; drunk driving, driving while impaired, driving with out proof of insurance and so on. If you get a drunk driving ticket you have to pay $1,000 for 2 years. If the ticket is for driving while impaired the driver must pay $500 for two years. The list goes on and on. The state is basically doing this to make more money of of people because it is in such a huge deficit.
