It is not uncommon for people to be addicted to alcohol or drugs. It is a lot more common for people to abuse substances then it was years ago. However no one has to deal with there issues with addiction alone anymore. There are very nice drug rehab centers that will help people rehabilitate themselves and stop abusing the substance they are addicted to. If you have to go through drug rehab why not do it in a beautiful place like Malibu. The peaceful atmosphere could possibly help get them back on track.
