A man was found video taping female feet at the science library at the University of California in Santa Cruz. He was caught and asked to leave and seeing how it isn’t against the law to record feet no charges were filed. He was caught on campus later that week and the police were called. He was banned for two weeks. He was in his fourties and was not affiliated with the university. The only thing found on the camera was video of female feet nothing else. One student said it’s a bit weird but she doesn’t see any harm. Maybe he is doing research?
