Judge Roy Pearson is suing a family own dry cleaning business for 67 million dollars. He is suing them because they lost his trousers. They were is favorite pair of pants and he wanted to wear them for his first day on the bench. He is suing them based on “satisfaction guaranteed”, and mental suffering along with discomfort and inconvenience.

The Chung family who owns the business tried offering up to $12,000 to replace the missing out fit but Pearson turned down every offer. This is out of control. Pearson keeps on delaying the process and the judge handling the case is certainly getting annoyed and believes that Pearson is acting out in bad faith. I have to say what is the world coming too. People are just going to sue over anything this days. It is a sad sad day when you see someone suing someone for $62 million for one pair of pants.
