The city attorney that was the prosecutor in Paris Hilton’s case Rocky Delgadillo kept quiet that his wife crashed his city-issued vehicle in 2004. Mrs. Delgadillo had a suspended license at the time. He apologized for keeping quiet. He said he mishandled the situation. He swears his wife didn’t receive special treatment. Her license was suspended in July of 2004 because she “bumped” into another car. She didn’t file a report, nor could she provide proof of insurance to the DMV. The same month she crashed the SUV was the same month her license had been suspended. In September 2005 she received another ticket. Obviously she shouldn’t have her license.
