Kate Winslet sued a British magazine over them saying she visited a diet doctor. She won a huge amount for the statement they had made. The said she had visited a Chinese doctor to seek help for her weight. While Kate has always been one to push the “you don’t have to be stick skinny” attitude. Her attorney stated she was seeking help from the clinic for neck problems. Later the magazine made a formal apology in an issue of their magazine.
