An inner city Los Angeles hospital is struggling to survive a new report about the breakdown of their patient care. There was a newly released 911 tapes that give a feeling of disgust and anger. A tape revealed that a woman was on the floor of the emergency room bleeding. She died because the dispatcher refused to contact paramedics or ambulance to take her to another hospital. The hospital as been under watch from the Board of Supervisions. They were told to return in two weeks. The need a plan to deal with hospital shutdown. They would shut the facility down if it couldn’t correct the deficiencies. There was yet another report that a gentleman waited in the emergency room with a brain tumor for four days. He needed to be transfered to another hospital to receive brain surgery to save his life.
