I didn’t think it was possible for an adult to have their bank accounts froze by their own parents with out consent. Lindsay Lohan’s mother froze her assets because she is in rehab yet again. Big surprise huh?  These stars are getting out of hand. Her mother says even if she has only $20 in her pocket she would spend it on drugs.
