Must be 21 to get offers.

In the United States you have to be 18 to purchase cigarettes and tobacco products. Everyone who smokes can sign up to receive special adds sent to their home or emails. They typically send out coupons and special portions or offers. But to redeem anything through the actual company like lets say Philip Morris you have to be 21. How is that right? If a person is 18 they can buy the cigarettes and help make the company money, but yet they can’t receive any offers from them? With Marlboro you can collect what they call Marlboro miles. After you collect a certain amount you can send them in and redeem Marlboro gear as they call it. But if you are not 21 you can not do so. I think that is ridiculous.
