In New Hampshire Governor John Lynch signed a legislation that would repeal that it is a law that parents must be notified when a minor has an abortion. He feels that parents need to be involved in decisions as huge and life altering as this. This law is known better as the parent notice law. In the state of Washington they have removed the parental consent law.
