Democratic Governor Bill Richardson is for making New Mexico the 12th state to have marijuana legalized for medical purposes. Even though his actions could work against him in the presidential race. He was even bold enough to say “So what if it’s risky? It’s the right thing to do”. He thinks if people are in severe pain and suffering they should be able to use it to help when nothing else works.
