A lot of women these days don’t get all the vitamins and nutrients they need. They think they do but very few get all they need from there diets. Women should really be taking vitamins for women. They are specifically for women and they help give them all the vitamins and supplements they need. They are designed just for the womens body. Don’t take a vitamin that is a mens vitamin or one just for anyone. Us women needs certain things that some other vitamins may not give us.
