What is Personal Injury?

Personal injury is usually a very broad term. It can be used to describe injury to someone physically or mentally. It can be caused by car accidents, slip and falls, and any injury caused to you.
Personal injury is also an area of law. It is in place so that people whom have suffered from another persons actions to do something or to not do something which in turn causes an injury. They are usually classified as either negligence or intentional wrong doings.
