Everyone is always quick to blame the other person. They say it was their fault not mine. But who’s fault is it really, how can we know who is help accountable in these situations? Who is legally at fault. Most people think it is hard to depict who is at fault, but I believe all it takes is a little common sense. If you can determine which individual was more careless over the other person in a personal injury case then the rest is pretty simple. The person who was the least careful is the one who is held liable. They are then usually held accountable for at least half of the damages of the other person.
